As a growing creative agency, we wanted to refine how we approach running our business. Our mission statement ends with the word "create" and this is the

core of our company. In order to make sure our company remains creative, we want to provide our employees a space where creativity thrives. We let employees work

when ever they feel the most creative. No schedules, or overlooking manager. We give employees the opportunity to ski in the morning and work in the afternoon. As long

as the work gets done, well, and meets the deadline we are happy. We think that this is apparent in our work. We want to be happy and enjoy our work, after all what we do

is fun.
